I drive a 2004 Mazda 3 and I've never had an issue with it. I've taken it to Nelson for service consistently since I bought it and they are always just super! I've been so happy with their products and service that I've referred 6 other customers who have purchased from them as well. Their referral program is a nice way to help make the payments as well.
I recently purchased a brand new Mazda 3. LOVE the car! But the service was not par. After taking the car home, I had to take all the model stickers and plastic off myself. The car was supposed to be detailed inside and out, but was obviously not because I had to go in and wash the windows on the inside myself so that I could see.
