RE:Impact of School Budget Cuts

Yes, teachers cuts really worry me, but so do cutting tudors/special needs programs. If it weren't for tudors, my children would not be doing so well in school and I can't afford to get them on my own. I also used the school's speech pathologist that helped my son through a terrible speech impediment early on. Those are usually the first things to go!

Laying off of teachers since it affects class size bothers me the most. OK teachers aren't paid well at all but they all love their job. I'm sure there are other ways schools can cut budges w/o laying off great teachers!
